Ferguson & Associates is a pension, life assurance and mortgage brokerage firm, established in 1998. Although based in Ratoath, Co. Meath, our clients are from all parts of Ireland and beyond. The principal, Liam D. Ferguson, has been working in the financial services industry in Ireland since 1989.
The firm is regulated by the Financial Regulator as a Multi-Agency Intermediary. We have agency agreements with AXA Financial, Aviva Life & Pensions, Caledonian Life, Canada Life, Dentists and General, Dentists Provident, Friends First, Irish Life, New Ireland, Standard Life & Zurich Life. We also have an agency with Phoenix Ireland (formerly trading as Scottish Provident) but this company no longer accepts new business. We do not provide advice or services in relation to financial products from companies other than the above.
The firm is also authorised as a Mortgage Intermediary by the Financial Regulator. We hold appointments with AIB Bank, ICS Building Society & KBC Mortgage Bank. We also hold appointments with Howth Financial Services Ltd., Foskin Mortgage & Finance, Profile Mortgages Ltd. & Mason Financial Services Ltd. Through our appointments with these other brokers, we can offer clients access to Permanent TSB, Haven Mortgages, EBS Building Society & Start Mortgages. We can also arrange commercial property finance with these lenders.
The firm contributes to Fund B of the Investor Compensation Scheme, in accordance with the Investor Compensation Act 1998.
