Ferguson, has been working in the financial services industry in Ireland since 1989.  The firm is regulated by the Financial Regulator as a Multi-Agency Intermediary.  We have agency agreements with Caledonian Life, Canada Life, Eagle Star, Friends First, Hibernian Life & Pensions, Irish Life, Merrion Stockbrokers, New Ireland, Scottish Provident & Standard Life.  We do not provide advice or services in relation to financial products from companies other than the above.  The firm is also authorised as a Mortgage Intermediary by the Financial Regulator.  We can arrange a residential mortgage with any of IIB Homeloans, ICS Building Society, First Active, Permanent TSB, Irish Nationwide, AIB Group, Ulster Bank or Bank of Scotland.  We can also arrange commercial property finance with these and other lenders.  The firm contributes to Fund B of the Investor Compensation Scheme, in accordance with the Investor Compensation Act 1998.  Our associated firm, Medimoneycare, provides tailor-made financial services to doctors, dentists and other medical professionals, with offices in Dublin, Belfast and Lurgan.    Ph.
