Since September 15th 2003, it has been obligatory for all employers (whether they employ one or one thousand, full or part-time, permanent or temporary staff) to offer a Standard PRSA to each and every one of their employees, unless each employee has access to an Occupational Pension Scheme within six months of being employed.

If you are an employer, we can help you to fulfil your obligations.  We can offer a range of PRSA products, help you nominate your staff PRSA provider and discuss the PRSAs with individual staff members.

If you are an employer and want to obtain full details of your obligations, please e-mail us at info@ferga.com
